Read this before you read the charts
If Powerball were perfectly even, every number would have come up about 101 times. They have not, and the gaps below are real. But they are the size you would expect from chance alone: the most extreme number in this archive sits just 2.7 standard deviations from the average, which is unremarkable across 69 numbers.
In other words, these charts describe what has happened. They do not predict what will. A number drawn 40 times and a number drawn 25 times have exactly the same chance in the next draw.
