1. What Sage Draws is

Sage Draws is a free, independent website that generates number combinations for California Lottery draw games and publishes historical draw results and statistics. It is an information and entertainment service.

2. What Sage Draws is not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the California State Lottery, the California State Lottery Commission, the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Mega Millions, or any other lottery operator or regulator. All game names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the games described.

We do not sell, broker, resell, hold, submit or enter lottery tickets. We cannot claim a prize for you, and we never handle stakes or winnings. Saving numbers on this site does not enter you into any draw. To play, you must buy a ticket from a licensed California Lottery retailer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a California Lottery ticket, and you must be 18 or older to create an account here. If you are under 18, do not register.

4. Results are unofficial

Draw results shown on this site are imported automatically from published sources including calottery.com. They may be delayed, incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Never rely on this site to determine whether a ticket has won. Only the California Lottery’s own validation of your physical or registered ticket determines a prize. Always check with a licensed retailer or a Lottery district office.

5. No guarantee of winning, and no advice

Lottery draws are random. No number, combination, strategy or system offered on this site — or anywhere else — improves your probability of winning. Any combination is exactly as likely as any other. Statistics published here describe past draws only and have no predictive value.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Lottery play is not an investment and should never be treated as a way to make money or resolve a financial difficulty. See playing responsibly.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Use an address you control and a password you do not use elsewhere. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You may delete your account and its saved numbers at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volumes that degrade it for others, break into accounts, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that data will be preserved indefinitely. Keep your own record of anything you care about.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Draws and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including gambling losses, losses caused by reliance on unofficial results, missed prizes, or unavailability of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only as far as the law permits.
